Today is going pretty well so far. We have been having some server issues as of late but hopefully some of that will be saved. If not we will start having to do EPS lists, and those are not so fun and take lots of time to do.

Currently we have been having some prepress grayscale issues. I guess Illustrator isn’t particularly the best program to gray things in, says like 5 or more blogs. At least for press that is. I would say the best article on the whole issue would have to be “Is Illustrator’s ‘Converter to Grayscale’ Option Press Worthy?

But that is only a fun read, well, never. I particularly do not fancy any prepress issues. But who does?

Things are going well at home, I just need to get us going to church regularly. It always seems something comes up on Sundays to prevent us from going. It doesn’t help that I’ve had such a lack of motivation lately. But yeah, that is all about that right now. I don’t want to be negative. We’re gonna start going to K2 more and I’m sure It’ll be better than it has.

I’m really, really, really considering going to school but there are no really good schools up in Washington to study Theology from a more Reformed Perspective. There are really only two Protestant Christian Colleges there, one of which is Seattle Pacific University (Free Methodist) & Northwest University (Assemblies of God) both of which are more Wesleyan than anything. So yeah, if you know of any other “Christian Colleges” in the Northwest let me know.

Another alternative might be Taylor University Online, but I’m not sure about that yet. It’s just an AA in Biblical Studies but at $300 a credit hour it still isn’t that cheap. And I don’t get the student interaction that I really dig. So yeah, who knows, all I really know is that I for sure want to go to Regent College for my Masters if I make it that far.

Don’t forget to try to visit New Song this Sunday - Anthony Bradley is the man. I really truly think you would dig him, from what I’ve read here.

Anyway - You might want to get in touch with a29 peeps about Praxis, it was some sort of on-line theological training college thing that they were involved in 3 or 4 years ago…but I can’t find anything online about it.

Highland Theological College in Scotland offers a BA in Theological Studies. The professor of Systematic Theology there is one of the best Systematicians in Scotland and is a solidly Reformed dude. This would be a very good degree and would set you up for any Masters degree programs you’d want to enter (or would be a solid degree by itself). I believe you do have to visit Scotland during the course of your studies, but the program itself is quite affordable and is most likely eligible for Stafford Student Loans (Federal Funding).
